Chris brings deep expertise in industrial-organizational psychology, assessment science, and validation research to PSP’s leadership team, further strengthening the company’s commitment to rigorous, evidence-based talent solutions. 

Chris joins PSP Metrics with extensive experience designing, validating, and implementing high-impact assessment systems across a broad range of industries. Over the course of his career, he has led complex validation studies, developed innovative selection tools, and partnered closely with business leaders to ensure assessment strategies are both scientifically sound and deliver meaningful results. His work has focused on building defensible, data-driven solutions that provide a great candidate experience, improve hiring quality, enhance workforce performance, and mitigate risk. 

As Principal Scientist, Chris will lead PSP’s research and development efforts, advancing the scientific foundation of the company’s assessment portfolio while driving innovation in methodology, analytics, and product design.
