PSP Metrics (“PSP”) is excited to announce the appointment of Marisa Seeds as Chief Product Officer. With 20 years of experience in talent assessment, HR technology, and product leadership, Marisa brings a strategic mindset and deep industry knowledge to the PSP leadership team.
Marisa began her career at Shaker International, where she designed and delivered assessment solutions for a wide range of Fortune 500 companies. Over the course of several mergers and acquisitions, she played a key role in scaling solution delivery, standardizing products, and aligning offerings through Shaker’s transition into Modern Hire. As a product leader at Modern Hire, she shaped the platform’s strategic roadmap, achieving a 95% deployment rate for new clients and driving topline revenue growth.
Marisa later joined ManpowerGroup as Head of Product for Right Management, North America. There, she led the go-to-market strategy for a diverse portfolio of solutions including assessments, coaching, and career transition programs. She also partnered with global stakeholders to drive product innovation, while establishing North America’s product management practice.
“I’m thrilled to join PSP Metrics at such a notable moment in its growth journey,” said Marisa Seeds. “With a passion for product management and a track record of leading high-performing teams, I’m eager to drive innovation, elevate our product strategy, and help shape the next chapter of success for the company.”
“I’ve worked with Marisa for many years, and she’s one of the most thoughtful and capable product leaders I know,” said Scott Goodman, CEO PSP Metrics. “She brings a rare combination of deep expertise in assessment science and a sharp instinct for what clients need.
