PSP Metrics welcomes Maria judy as Client Experience IO Analyst

PSP Metrics (“PSP”) is pleased to welcome Maria Judy, MA to the team as our new Client Experience Analyst.

Maria recently completed her Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology at the University of Cincinnati, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  In Maria's recent role at a large-scale retail services organization, she helped improve organizational consistency and decision-making by turning policies into practical learning solutions. Her background blends applied I/O psychology with real client and people facing experience, including work as a program evaluation consultant, project experience in job analysis, and frontline service leadership.

In her new role, Maria will work closely with our Client Experience team on both the science and service sides of our business, supporting assessment development, reporting and analytics, and contributing to client deliverables and touchpoints.
